Our book “Denmark’s Social Architecture” got good reactions and after a few weeks on sale it was ranking No.3 among the top selling books at Amazon Japan (Architecture Section).

The book highlights projects of modern Danish architecture and describes the social impact of architecture. It describes how cultural values, design processes, and an overall investment in creativity influence the outcome.

The book is written by 6 authors. All Japanese with long intercultural experience and close ties to Denmark. Aya has contributed to the book with a chapter about Dokk1 in Aarhus.

The book is in Japanese and we hope that it will inspire people to visit Denmark and explore the culture.
