“What if Copenhagen in Ebisu” was a 10-days pop-up co-creation lab in Tokyo coordinated by ayanomimi and the Japanese design company Concent Inc./ amu. Japanese designers, developers, and local communities were invited to share the facilities with our Danish architect team – David Bülow (Primus Architects) & Kato Hiroshi. The purpose was to identify the potential of public spaces in the fast growing Ebisu area. During their stay (Oct.30-Nov.10) the team managed to define a local challenge and suggest the first steps for a “local plan” for Ebisu. We will present the outcome of our trip to Tokyo in a follow-up event in Copenhagen in spring 2018 at Primus Architects.
